You're constantly worried but unsure what's “serious enough.”
You notice changes in eating, mood, or behavior and don't know if it's a phase, stress, or something more.
If you're worried about your child's relationship with food or body image, it can feel scary and overwhelming. You don't have to navigate this alone - support and clear next steps can make a real difference.
Schedule a ConsultationYou notice changes in eating, mood, or behavior and don't know if it's a phase, stress, or something more.
There's refusal, bargaining, excuses, or conflict, so family meals feel loaded instead of a time for connection.
You don't want to say the wrong thing, make it worse, or trigger a shutdown.
Skipping meals, throwing food away, sneaking exercise, purging, laxative use, or eating in secret.
Frequent body checking, negative self-talk, comparisons, or distress about weight or shape.
Constant thoughts about food, calories, body image, restriction, binge eating, or “earning” food are taking over everyday life.
You want recovery, but you also want to preserve trust and connection.
Finding the right level of care, navigating insurance and scheduling hurdles, coordinating with therapists/doctors, and managing school or sports.
Your child may eat large amounts in a short period of time, feel unable to stop, or experience guilt and shame afterward.
We'll review what you're seeing at home, identify red flags, and clarify immediate priorities so you have a plan instead of guesswork.
I'll help you understand what level of care is appropriate and how to move forward.
With your consent, I will collaborate with your child's doctor and therapist, so everyone is aligned on goals and next steps. If you do not yet have a care team, I can provide you with appropriate referrals as needed.
I'll help you feel more confident in supporting your child with guidance on language and strategies to promote recovery.
Clear, compassionate guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
Schedule a ConsultationDuring an initial parent-only consultation, we take time to understand your child/teen's full nutrition picture. We review medical history, growth, eating patterns, daily routines, and discuss your concerns for disordered eating or an eating disorder. Information obtained during this session will guide the path forward, determine the appropriate level of care, and identify any additional care team members needed to support your child or teen.
Follow-up sessions may be parent only, parent and child, or child only, depending on the type and level of support needed, and are a space for continued guidance, problem-solving, and encouragement. They give us time to check in, celebrate progress, and work through any challenges that have come up.
